Work Setting:
100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL(required);
• Experience in corporate tax compliance and/or tax accounting (3+ years);
• Experience with Tax and ERP software such as OneSource Tax Provision, OneSource State Apportionment, Corptax, and SAP;
• Experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Access, and SharePoint;
• Experience in Alteryx and SAP Business Objects;
• High School Grad / GED.
Preferred:
• Project management or Six Sigma experience;
• Experience in Tax Compliance and Tax Research;
• CPA;
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in accounting or information management.
Responsibilities :
• Providing the administration and configuration of key software applications for the tax department;
• Assisting business unit customers with support, analysis, and troubleshooting related to the efficient operation of the tax software products;
• Supporting system upgrade exercises and testing for tax systems, supporting ongoing tax software project initiatives, and establishing and maintaining relationships with key internal & external customers;
• Work closely with multiple business units within the organization in order to ensure a full understanding of the entire Tax department's needs;
• Support cross-functional tax automation and analytics projects;
• Manage multiple tax technology implementation projects using Waterfall or Agile methodology;
• Act as product owner for complex and cross-functional implementation projects.
