What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Serve as an internal resource to clinical departments for charge capture and charge master updates
Monitor revenue compliance with clinical departments, implementing best practices
Supervise and coordinate Chargemaster management functions
Understand and analyze payer regulations and impact on reimbursement and coding guidelines
Develop and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers

What Is Required (Qualifications)

High School diploma
10+ years relevant experience in patient billing and revenue cycle experience
Extensive knowledge of CPT/HCPCS, UB-04 Revenue Coding, and billing regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
Solid analytical and communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Financial related work experience
Knowledge of revenue cycle processes within a healthcare organization
Knowledge of CMS coding and compliance rules
Ability to research complex coding and regulatory requirements
Ability to multi-task and manage interruptions effectively
