Senior Business Analyst (Secret Clearance Required)

DutiesRequirements Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.System Design: Designing solutions that align with business goals and technological capabilities.Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improving efficiency and effectiveness of existing systems and processes.Testing and Implementation: Overseeing the testing and implementation of new systems and/or system updates.Documentation: Creating documentation such as user manuals and technical specifications.Training: Providing training and support to end-users on new systems or processes.Requirements10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst is required.Bachelor's degree is required.DHS CISA experience is a plus.Need to have an active secret clearance.Agile certification (SAFe) is highly desired.$160,000 - $175,000 a year
