Conduct market research to identify target sectors, prospective clients, decision makers, and leads that support Profit Center business plans / revenue growth Assist with Senior Director BDs in supporting Profit Center Leaders with gathering market intelligence / SWOT analysis during pursuits Maintain accurate data related to accounts, contacts, opportunities, and tasks within CRM Assist in gathering/organizing requirements and make recommendations in the development of new, low complexity, reporting initiatives Coordinate with Seller-Doers, Marketing, and BD to maximize Conference & Event ROI Provide support during major Key Account pursuits, including preparing materials, coordinating meetings, and managing communication. Utilize Cumming's CRM database (D365) to mine and report relevant data for business development purposes. Collaborate closely with Senior Director BD & Profit Center leaders to support business planning and market strategy sessions. Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive business growth and expansion. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities, client interactions, and market intelligence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of business development efforts with overall company objectives. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to inform strategic decision-making. Continuously assess and optimize business development processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
