Senior Business Tax Associate

Overview Intuit is seeking a Senior Business Tax Associate with 3+ years of experience to provide expert guidance, tax preparation, and explanations of tax and technical terms to customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations and shaping the direction of one of Intuit's newest product offerings, TurboTax Live Business.
This is a virtual, customer-facing role with a commitment to a minimum schedule of 20 hours/week throughout the tax season.
The position offers opportunities to work with cutting-edge technology, interact with customers through video and audio tools, and participate in pilot testing and projects as needed.

What you'll bring Strong business tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws Minimum 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation Proficient with technology and solid knowledge of computer operations and software Excellent verbal and written communication skills How you will lead Use video communications software to interact with customers and provide tax advice Create high-quality customer interactions that instill confidence Utilize professional resources and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language Work continuously toward meeting company key performance metrics and goals
