Strong business tax preparation experience with 3 or more years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns Previous personal tax preparation experience preferred Commitment to a minimum schedule of at least 20 hours/week throughout the tax season Bookkeeping experience strongly preferred Experience preparing Business Tax returns for service industry customers strongly preferred Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds Must possess an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) As a virtual, customer-facing role, you will use state-of-the-art video communications software to interact with customers and provide expert guidance, tax preparation, and explanations of tax and technical terms.
