Senior C# Developer

Senior C# Developer Chicago, IL Hybrid - onsite 4 days per week, WFH 1 day per week Position Summary: This role is open with a premier trading firm located in Downtown Chicago.
We are looking for someone to join the GUI Core Development team and be responsible for developing and sustaining high performance, multi-tiered, scalable, Graphical User Interfaces.
The successful candidate will enhance existing applications and offer suggestions to improve the architecture and better ways of building and maintaining applications.
Responsibilities: Work directly with traders and developers to design, build, test and maintain real-time trading applications.
Implement solutions using latest features of C# and WPF Propose and deliver scalability and performance improvements to our GUIs Designing, developing, and supporting GUIs for market data display, trading, risk management, and monitoring applications.
Work with developers and traders to receive feedback and articulate ideas for improvements Requirements: 4 years of experience with .NET Development Strong C# experience Nice to have: Previous experience with fintech or financial trading Experience with Linux
