UC Health is hiring a full-time Senior Certified Surgical Technologist to join the Operating Room Team 5 (General Surgery, Thoracic, GYN, Laparoscopic, Pulmonary, & Trauma) at UC Medical Center.
This is a 7a- 3:30p FLEX position.

The Surgery Department Senior Certified Surgical Technologist will support the University of Cincinnati Medical Center's operating room (OR) and Greater Cincinnati's only Level I Trauma Center, delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs.
Primary responsibility involves performance of specific tasks, as a scrub technologist and/or during surgical procedures to facilitate the efficient and safe progress of the surgical case.
Assists with the maintenance of surgical instruments, supplies and equipment.
Maintains positive customer relations.
Shall demonstrate competency and possess the technical skills appropriate for his/her assigned cases and utilizes that knowledge in assisting others.
Performs various duties within his/her scope of responsibility and is accountable to the Clinical Nurse Manager in the Operating Room.
