We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer, licensed in the state of Hawaii, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and environmental impact analyses.Prepare and review engineering designs, plans, and specifications.Coordinate with architects, other engineers, and stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery.Oversee construction activities, including site inspections and quality control.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.Foster strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.EDUCATION/TRAINING AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Hawaii.Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on multidisciplinary projects.Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.SALARY RANGE: $100,000 – $140,000 per year depending on experience.
