About the Role: A highly respected litigation firm is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Litigation Attorney with 5 years of legal experience to manage complex civil litigation matters, provide high-level legal counsel, and handle cases from inception through resolution.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of civil litigation cases, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
Draft and review legal documents such as motions, briefs, and complaints.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.)
degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to practice law in [State(s)] (multi-jurisdictional admission is a plus).
5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably with exposure to complex cases.
