Position: Senior Civil Project Manager Senior Civil Project Manager to provide full-cycle project support for Land Development projects. The Sr. Civil PM requires exceptional leadership and communication skills. Possesses strong drive, motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit to support and grow client portfolio. Has the ability to serve as quarterback in directing all aspects of client projects. Responsible for acting independently and finding timely resolution to project hurdles.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Civil Engineering Licensure: PE Civil Engineering in MA preferred.
Soil Evaluator's License and/or LEED accreditation a Plus. Software: Civil 3D CAD, HydroCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Experience: 4 - 15 years project design in land development field Excellent technical knowledge within civil engineering field with the ability to perform quality control on deliverables (plans, reports, specifications) for various Land Development projects. Excellent working knowledge of local and regional jurisdictional requirements, zoning regulations and the Land Development approvals processes. Sr. Civil Project Manager Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage and oversee the Design of Permitting/Construction plan sets for various Land Development projects and is responsible for QA/QC of all projects under their control. Oversee the development and preparation of reports and specifications, conduct site visits, and collaborate with internal/external team members throughout Design/Approval/Construction process, attend public hearings and meetings, develop schedules, budgets and proposals (contracts). Responsible for building, maintaining, and managing client relationships. Monitor and track project progress and is responsible for overall project performance and profitability. Has the ability to manage, mentor, train, and develop project team of Project Engineers and Designers. Collaborative, professional work ethic with strong verbal and written communication skills.
