Summary:

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and seasoned Senior Client Account Manager to be a driving force in building our customer account management department and revolutionizing our customer centric approach. This role is perfect for someone with a deep passion for guiding customers and desires to play a pivotal part in the growth and evolution of our client accounts department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in elevating client relationships, boosting retention, and actively contributing to the overarching success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Foster strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact for inquiries and concerns.
Proactively engage with clients to understand evolving needs, providing solutions or referrals as needed.
Identify opportunities for cross-serving products and collaborate with sales and marketing for new business prospects.
Focus on building valuable, deep client relationships and serve as a strategic partner in addressing business challenges.
Ensure client satisfaction through close collaboration and implementation of strategies to enhance retention.
Contribute to the development of account management policies, procedures, and best practices.
Monitor key performance indicators to reduce churn and increase client longevity.
Collaborate with senior management to achieve departmental goals.
Mentor and train junior account management staff.
Analyze and improve Net Promoter Scores, generating regular reports on satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Implement strategies to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
Work with the Learning and Development team to tailor training programs for a deep understanding of service offerings across the firm.

Qualifications:

Six years' experience as an Account Manager in accounting, consulting, risk assurance, or related software industries.
Proven success in managing and growing client accounts.
Familiarity with industry trends, challenges, and best practices.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Efficient task management, timely follow-ups, and commitment fulfillment.
Clear articulation of complex ideas and solutions.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Development and execution of plans for departmental and organizational objectives.
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Mentorship and support for junior team members' professional development.
