What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Contribute to client-facing Client Success (CS) processes, policies, playbooks, and values to integrate Cherre into clients' workflow
Document internal processes and create a scalable infrastructure for a superior client experience
Manage key accounts and day-to-day relationships with platform users and data partners
Lead collaborative engagements to maintain and enhance client relationships
Deliver on clients' business outcomes, loyalty, and retention
What Is Required (Qualifications)
8+ years of real estate industry experience
5+ years of client-facing experience and experience working with executives
Strong familiarity with commercial real estate systems and tools
Proven experience managing successful business outcomes
Highly organized with project management background
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, G-suite, and Jira
Experience in real estate data management and governance practices
Knowledge of agile scrum delivery methodology
Experience working closely with the Client Success team
