Key Responsibilities: Independently perform specimen processing and testing, ensuring accuracy Evaluate the need for new methods and technology, and inform management Assure compliance with accrediting agencies and act as a resource to customers Manage special projects, coordinating necessary resources and completing within established timelines Practice quality control management and perform preventive maintenance on equipment Qualifications: Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 5 years experience in clinical laboratory setting Certification such as MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or similar is required Location: Methodist Converse Emergency Center, Converse, Texas
