Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM JCER missions in order to provide the JCER Director with Planning, Analysis, Spectrum Management, and Intelligence support. In addition, S4 employees will support Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for JCER to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations.

Required Experience: Expertise specializing in fighter/attack combat aircraft; however, experience in a combat air force platform is acceptable. Operational level experience with preference to candidates with higher level broadening assignments such as Joint, CCMD or Service level staff. Developing detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet the JCER mission. Understanding of current service capabilities and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO in order to make recommendations to Service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations. At least twelve (12) years of demonstrated relevant experience in combat Air Force. Duties Include: Conducting tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats to joint operations. Conducting studies, performing research, reporting, and making recommendations concerning instrumentation and evaluation resources necessary to execute risk reduction and evaluation events ensuring the coordination of communications, logistics, materiel, data collection and personnel training, issue and alternative definitions, and personnel requirements for each designated activity. Working with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with JCER evaluations.
