Position Overview:
Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for commercial vehicles? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment, excelling in building long-lasting client relationships? Look no further! We are seeking an exceptional / dynamic and results-driven Commercial Account Manager to join our team and spearhead our New Ford Fleet / Commercial Truck sales division. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the automotive industry, possess excellent communication / negotiation skills, and have a proven track record of driving sales in the commercial sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets for Ford Fleet and Commercial Truck offerings to maintain relationships with commercial clients, including businesses, fleets, fleet operators, and government agencies.
2. Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base through proactive outreach and networking.
3. Collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer service at every touch point, providing comprehensive solutions tailored to each client's needs.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Ford trucks.
5. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
6. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
7. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
8. Coordinate with internal departments, including finance, inventory management, and service, to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions.
9. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software.
Qualifications:
1. Commercial Truck experience with commercial marketing, or related field (preferred).
2. Proven track record in commercial vehicle sales, with a focus on Ford Fleet and Commercial Trucks preferred.
3. Strong understanding of fleet management practices, commercial vehicle specifications, commercial sales processes, and strategies.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively.
5. Results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional sales performance and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Self-motivated and proactive approach to achieving targets in a fast-paced environment. With a demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
8. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
9. Complete on-boarding process prior to start date.
