Job Summary: As a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager at Richwood Bank, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our commercial banking division. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients. Your primary objective will be to develop strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored financial solutions, including Commercial & Industrial (C&I) loans, Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans, and other specialized lending products. This role requires a deep understanding of the commercial banking landscape, exceptional client management skills, and a strategic approach to business development.

Essential Functions Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients, understanding their unique needs and business objectives. Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor by providing expert financial guidance and solutions across various loan types. Conduct regular client meetings to review financial performance, assess banking needs, and present new products or services. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial market, focusing on expanding the bank's client base and diversifying the loan portfolio. Collaborate with internal partners, including credit, loan administration, and senior management, to structure and deliver customized financial solutions, including C&I loans, CRE loans, equipment financing, and working capital lines of credit. Participate in community and industry events to enhance the bank's presence and build a network of potential clients. Financial Analysis & Risk Management: Perform detailed financial analyses of clients' businesses, including credit assessments, cash flow analysis, and risk evaluations. Work closely with the credit team to prepare loan packages for a variety of commercial loan products, ensuring that all underwriting criteria are met. Monitor the performance of the loan portfolio, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks. Portfolio Management: Manage and grow an existing portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability. Drive revenue growth through cross selling a wide range of commercial banking products, including C&I loans, CRE loans, treasury management, Richwood Bank's valued service lines and merchant services. Regularly review and optimize the portfolio to ensure alignment with the bank's risk appetite and growth objectives. Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to other relationship managers and team members. Act as a role model in fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and customer centricity within the team. Skills and Abilities Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. Strong knowledge of commercial loan products, including Commercial & Industrial (C&I) loans, Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans, equipment financing, and working capital solutions. Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a client first mindset. Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees and members of management team. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Proven leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing others. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration (or equivalent degree) or equivalent years of experience required.
