Job Description:

The Sr.
Compensation Analyst is a key member of the People Team at Ivy reporting to the Chief People Officer.
The Sr.
Compensation Analyst will be responsible for guiding and evolving the organizations compensation practices, influencing our total rewards program, ensuring visibility to emerging trends and benchmarks, participating on our Job Governance Committee and developing career pathwork and talent framework.
Our total rewards program is focused on creating and sustaining a compelling teammate experience that differentiates Ivy while maintaining scalability, growth, and performance.
Your understanding of all aspects of the compensation will be essential to creating strategic solutions to engage, develop, and retain employees while aligning them with the organization's culture, strategies, and vision.
A successful candidate for this role has extensive compensation experience and a proven track record of total rewards solutions.
Interested future teammates should have experience leading performance management processes and budgeting, incentive plan designs, and market competitiveness analysis.


Your responsibilities will include: Enable people to live life to it's fullest.
Partner with HR operations and business partners to design and implement effective compensation analytics and recommendations and monitor business impact and effectiveness.
Collaborate with HR Business partners and Talent Acquisition partners to provide guidance on compensation matters, including new position reviews, offer approvals, policy interpretation, and market analysis.
Evaluate job roles and responsibilities to determine appropriate salary ranges and pay grades, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market competitiveness.
Conduct market surveys and research to maintain competitive compensation structures, supporting Ivy's ability to attract and retain top talent.
Participate in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and policies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Serve as the first point of contact for management and employee inquiries regarding compensation-related questions and issues Provide mentoring and career development to colleagues to strengthen their capabilities, build functional expertise and foster a collaborative, values-driven team culture of high standards, strong productivity, and innovation.
Serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert regarding compensation best practices as well as current trends and innovative new tools and methods.
Partner with the CPO to ensure compliance with regional budgets and drive fiscal responsibility in relationship to total rewards spend.
Provide critical feedback to the CPO to ensure continuous performance and process improvement with respect to programs, policies, practices, and processes associated with meeting the strategic and operational people needs of the organization.
Utilize HR systems and technologies to effectively manage workforce insights.
To excel in this role, you should possess: Strong analytical skills to conduct market research and make informed compensation recommendations based on data analysis.
Effective communication skills, enabling clear and concise conveyance of compensation-related information to diverse stakeholders.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in managing compensation data and adherence to policies and regulations Proficiency in Compensation Software (Workday) to leverage compensation management software for data analysis and administration.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship A minimum of 5+ years specifically focused on Total Rewards.
Demonstrated success as a key influencer of human capital decisions in a fast-paced, matrixed reporting environment.
Ability to innovate and challenge current norms to drive change in the organization and work with people of varying backgrounds and organizational levels.
A demonstrated ability to multitask, probe, analyze and problem-solve issues with minimal guidance.
Compensation certification a plus.
Ability to travel 15%.
Measures of success Within 3 months, you will get up to speed on our compensation philosophies and engage in projects with external contractors/consultant Within 6 months, you will successfully complete annual compensation surveys and establish strong working relationships with People Partners and Talent Acquisition.
Within 12 months, you will Implement improvements to compensation programs based on data analysis and feedback, contributing to enhanced fairness and competitiveness.
Demonstrate tangible contributions to the development and maintenance of Ivy's compensation standards, supporting the organization's overall talent strategy.
