SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
The Senior Compensation Consultant (Fixed-Term) is a temporary role to cover a team member on paternity leave. This position is responsible for administering and managing the company's compensation programs for non-executive employees. The consultant will support HR Business Partners and leaders in ensuring compensation processes run smoothly, handling day-to-day inquiries, and managing key activities such as salary reviews, market benchmarking, and job evaluations. The role will focus on execution rather than strategy, ensuring the consistency and compliance of compensation programs.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
Administer and manage day-to-day compensation processes, including
salary reviews, promotions, and job evaluations for broad-based
employee roles.
Provide support to HR Business Partners and department leaders by
answering questions, conducting compensation analyses, and providing
guidance on compensation policies.
Utilize compensation tools and salary survey data to benchmark roles
and ensure market-competitive salary ranges.
Assist the team in executing the annual merit increase process,
ensuring accurate and timely updates to compensation data and systems.
Support the administration of short-term incentive programs, ensuring
correct calculations and payouts based on established guidelines.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related
to compensation, including adherence to pay equity standards.
Manage compensation-related inquiries from HR and management, providing insights and recommendations based on established guidelines.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Experience in compensation administration, with a focus on
non-executive compensation programs.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and
ensure accuracy in compensation processes.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work
collaboratively with HR Business Partners and leaders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The annual base salary range is: $172,000.00 – $259,000.00
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
