Senior Construction Project Manager

Due to large scale growth and expansion in the Austin, TX market, we are looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to our team. We are the top General Contractor in Texas for K-12, higher education, and healthcare projects.

Bachelors degree (Construction management, Architecture, or engineering preferred)5-10 years of relevant experience preferred Key * * Build and maintain professional relationships with project owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Promote and enforce adherence to company safety policies and procedures.Review, track, and manage the approval process for shop drawings and submittals.Prepare and submit schedules of values for billing approval from the architect/owner.Collaborate with the on-site Superintendent to ensure compliance with contract terms.Oversee the implementation of the Quality Control Program for the project.Develop the project budget, manage change orders, and monitor cost control adjustments.Create, track, and maintain all necessary project reports and logs.Organize and lead project meetings, as well as coordinate final walk-throughs.Supervise team members by setting performance expectations, providing feedback, identifying training needs, and delivering on-the-job instruction.Maintain regular presence on-site to oversee project progress.
