Senior Construction Project Manager

Our client, a leader in the design, installation, and maintenance of complex building technology solutions, is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage all phases of assigned projects from preconstruction through project closeout.Oversee project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and other staff, ensuring effective coordination and execution.Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and address any issues related to cost, quality, or safety.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and contractual requirements.Administer change requests and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders, including subcontractors and suppliers, to resolve issues and maintain project alignment.Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, including status updates and performance evaluations.Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial control and profitability.Implement and uphold quality standards and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Skill ** Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.Minimum of ten years experience in project management within the construction industry, with a significant focus on electrical systems and technology solutions.Demonstrated ability to manage large scale projects, including familiarity with the specific requirements of hospital construction projects.Proficiency with project management software and tools.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools.PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
