Typically delivering products and services across our portfolio to a group of clients (existing or new) that assists HR and line managers to effectively support recurring HR processes in their organisation.
The role exists to both build and maintain client relationships that deliver profitable renewal, yield or new business. The role holder will deliver customized or standard work mainly on Reward/ Pay products and Organizational Desing and support with training & implementation of products.
Key Responsibilities: Builds strong relationships with assigned customers by understanding client needs and requirements to increase client satisfaction. Typically works with clients across sectors with a primary focus on 2 or 3 sectors. Delivers products & services to customers while following standardized protocols. Is expected to be able to describe more complex applications of these products in sales meetings or proposals. Supports the creation, renewal and maintenance of the reward database in the assigned country. Navigates a wide variety of existing processes, procedures and precedents, analyzing HR clients and market data, in order to provide information and business advice to your clients. Facilitates workshops with management, prepares presentations, clients reports, Reward trainings and country webinars. Provides accurate forecasts on existing projects with timely status updates. Shares in the EMEA community technical expertise of KF Digital Suite and industry best practices. Effective project management providing accurate forecasts on existing projects with timely status updates. Skills: A university degree (BSc or MSc).5+ years of experience from a client facing role.Interest towards HR matters (rewards & benefits and organization design).Proficiency in MS Office suite (especially Excel)Fluency in Hungarian and English. Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Additional training in HR, Reward and Benefits will be considered. 5+ years' experience in account management, or in a professional services or consulting firm or within a human resources or organization design department, delivering human capital-related services Knowledge within pay & benefits, reward practices, organization design and proactive working on expanding knowledge in other areas Proven ability to interact effectively with senior HR leadership and management stakeholders or at executive level in small to medium businesses.
