\n Role Specific Duties:Lead major workstreams within large IT modernization programs.Develop project plans, schedules, and resource estimates.Manage client relationships and expectations at the program level.Develop and implement Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) strategies for specific project components.Design and oversee the execution of strategic roadmaps, resource optimization plans, and benefits tracking systems within your workstream(s).Provide SPM consultation to clients, presenting complex ideas to senior leadership.Manage and mentor a team of Consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables.Identify workstream-level risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.Coach and develop more junior consultants. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.5-8 years of experience in technology consulting.Strong knowledge of federal IT systems and modernization approaches.Experience with program/project management tools and methodologies.Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) tools (e.g., ServiceNow SPM) and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)) is highly desired.Strong understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) concepts and proven ability to apply them in various contexts.Must be able to obtain and maintain required security clearances.May require up to 10% travel.Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for 3 years and be Federal Tax compliant.
