Job Description
As a Technology Strategy Principal, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for our retail media network, leveraging advanced technologies to create immersive and engaging experiences for consumers and advertisers alike.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will oversee all aspects of network architecture, content delivery, monetization strategies, and performance optimization.
Your Impact: Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive roadmap for building and scaling the retail media network, aligning with business objectives and market opportunities.
Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in retail media and digital advertising, contributing to the firm's thought leadership and enhancing our position as a trusted advisor in the retail space.
Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and offerings that leverage retail media capabilities to drive business impact for clients.
Technology Evaluation: Conduct thorough research and evaluation of emerging Ad Tech and platforms to support the Retail Media Network.
Monetization Model: Define and implement effective monetization strategies, including advertising partnerships, sponsored content, and promotions, to maximize revenue potential.
Partnership Development: Establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors, content providers, advertisers, and other stakeholders to enhance the network's capabilities and reach.
Performance Optimization: Implement data-driven approaches to monitor and optimize network performance, leveraging analytics and insights to enhance user engagement and ROI.
Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, and implement robust security measures to protect consumer privacy and data integrity.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of technical experts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with senior leadership, business partners, and external stakeholders to drive alignment and support for the retail media network initiatives.
Qualifications Skills & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in a strategic technology role, with a focus on digital media, advertising, or retail industries.
Deep expertise in Retail Media Network, Ad Tech, DSP & SSP, digital signage, and related technologies.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for innovation and driving results.

Pay Range: $150,000 - $230,000
The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient.
Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
