This opportunity is a part of Blink's Embedded practice which supports long-term opportunities with some of Blink's largest client partners. In this role, you will tap into your passion for storytelling and communicate to our customers throughout the product lifecycle. Key to the role is constant optimization of the content strategy across multiple channels. Most importantly, you'll simplify industry jargon and replace it with modern language that instills confidence with customers. Location: Remote within the US Duration: On-going (40 hours/week)
\n What you'll doWork closely with UX, Product, and Marketing cross-functional team members to ensure seamless user experiences that reflect brand, values, tone, and the customer. Write UX copy for mid-to-high complexity projects, communicate complex product features and benefits in clear language to help customers understand and use products and services.Be a champion for the customer and work to find the happy medium between business goals and customer needs.Participate in user experience research and use both qualitative and quantitative insights and business analytics to drive insights and feedback to iterate and improve content and create solutions.Guides the development and optimization of content to achieve specific goals and address customer needs.Identify and champion the most efficient content workflows possible.Organize existing content, create guidelines for future content, and ensure that all content aligns across channels.Audit content to identify strengths and weaknesses in order to optimize content strategy and performance. Your backgroundBachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Psychology or related field3- years of experience in an agency or corporate environment, with formal copy training and a strong portfolioExperience collaborating with internal cross-functional partners to write, edit, develop or plan online and retail contentBackground in copywriting, either at an agency or in-houseStrong grammar and editing abilitiesBackground in working through ambiguity and executing complex projectsPrevious experience in product, technology, or digital function highly preferredAbility to balance design quality with business and customer needs
