We are seeking a Senior Contract Negotiator to support our North American power origination and trading business.


Core Duties: Lead the review, negotiation and execution of master agreements, including ISDAs with physical annexes, EEIs, and long-form confirmations in accordance with company templates and guidelines and in coordination with Legal, Credit, Origination and Commercial teams.
Assist Credit and Legal teams with documentation relating to guaranties and letters of credit.
Assist Commercial and Legal teams in the drafting and revision of bespoke confirms.
Manage workflow of other commercial agreements, including transmission agreements, confidentiality agreements and vendor agreements.
Organize executed contracts in Legal contract management system.
Experience with renewables and natural gas transactions is preferred.
Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in energy trading industry preferred.
Must have high level of proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word.
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization and collaborate with other groups.
Must have proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Must have strong detail orientation and follow-through.
