The Senior Contracts Administrator oversees the entire contract life cycle from inception to completion, ensuring full compliance throughout. Key responsibilities include negotiating non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), teaming agreements (TAs), Subcontract Agreements (Subks), and Purchase Orders (POs), as well as providing contractual support to government clients. Familiarity with various contract types (e.g., cost reimbursable, fixed-price, time and material, hybrid) is highly valued. Ensuring compliance with contract specifications and deliverables, including closeout activities, and experience with OCI terms and mitigation plans are preferred. The role involves reviewing terms and conditions, statements of work, and identifying risks, while adhering to company policies. Maintaining a centralized file and documentation system for all contract-related materials is also part of the duties. Additional responsibilities are assigned as needed, including fostering productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The position requires evaluating solicitations and preparing proposal packages for Prime and Subcontract opportunities, which includes conducting price or cost analyses, resolving issues, negotiating, and finalizing proposal documents. Throughout the proposal phase, collaboration with contracts management and the proposal team to review FAR/DFARS/Agency/contract provisions, statements of work, and terms and conditions is essential. The Senior Contracts Administrator must effectively resolve contract issues in collaboration with contract management and work independently to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders is crucial. Collaboration with the Finance team to ensure accurate contract values, funding, deadlines, and other financial requirements are met is also required. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in government contracting.Extensive experience with full cradle-to-grave contract life cycle support, including comprehensive compliance.Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, and administrative skills in interactions with internal and external customers.Proficiency in resolving contract issues of varying complexity and achieving resolution.Ability to work independently, establish priorities, meet deadlines with minimal supervision, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of different subcontract types (e.g., FFP, T&M, Cost Plus, hybrids) is highly desired.Experience with Unanet and contract management tools is preferred.Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.Peterson Technologies provides for an excellent benefit package to include generous PTO, healthcare, STD, LTD, Life Insurance, 401k contribution and Tuition and Training reimbursement.
