We're on the hunt for a seasoned attorney who's barred in Florida.
If you're someone who dives deep into finance and real estate transactions and enjoys the thrill of complex corporate deals, let's chat.
What You'll Be Doing:
Represent lenders, corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and investment banks in both secured and unsecured finance transactions.
Navigate mergers and acquisitions, project finance, structured finance, real estate finance, and cross-border deals like a pro.
Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security agreements, guaranteesyou name it.
Conduct thorough due diligence without losing your sanity.
Collaborate with a team that's as passionate and driven as you are.
What You Bring:
A JD from an accredited law school (gold star if you graduated top of your class).
Active membership with the Florida Bar (DC Bar is a sweet bonus).
5+ years of solid experience in finance, real estate, and corporate transactions.
Sharp drafting and negotiation skillsyou can close deals in your sleep.
