Amazon Devices Brand Studio (DBS) is seeking a Sr. Creative Program Manager to lead global operations initiatives, programs, and projects. You will own building and implementing workflow tools and scalable mechanisms that help DBS deliver on our project roadmap with efficiency. You will also manage the execution of creative deliverables for product launches and campaigns that support high-visibility, high-impact business goals.
The ideal candidate will have bias for action and experience overseeing complex creative programs with a high degree of ambiguity. Key Job ResponsibilitiesBuild and implement workflow tools and repeatable, scalable processes that help our organization prioritize, manage, and deliver on our project roadmap efficiently.Manage complex creative programs and projects end-to-end, including ensuring quality inputs, assigning resources, building schedules and budgets, and routinely communicating project statuses.Facilitate effective reviews and alignment meetings with senior leaders, business partners, stakeholders, and agencies.Assess and mitigate risks, make tradeoffs, proactively escalate issues.Manage program resources and budgets, drive cost reduction efforts.About the TeamThe Devices Brand Studio is the creative studio within the Devices & Services organization at Amazon. We deliver creative and design for product launches, events, and marketing campaigns.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS6+ years of experience as a Design Program Manager, Producer, Account Manager, Creative Project Manager, or similar role with a creative agency, design studio, or in-house team.3+ years of experience leading large, complex operational initiatives and creative projects with cross-functional teams.Experience developing and optimizing workflow tools and creative processes.Knowledge of current project management tools and methodologies.Experience managing creative work across product, brand, strategy, marketing, sales, or advertising initiatives.Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of leadership.Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAdept at working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders.Open and collaborative, with proven ability to set priorities, unblock teams, and meet deadlines.Self-starter, with high attention to detail as well as the ability to zoom out and see the bigger picture.Strong sense of ownership and urgency; optimistic, "get it done" mindset.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
