Structure relevant contracts and hold them accountable to performance targets.Drive measurable improvements in core advertising metrics across digital channels with improved creatives.Use data gleaned from sources like Rockerbox, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, YouTube ads, etc to optimize performance across our creatives.Work with our marketing team to come up with new creative concepts and ideas.Help our executive team allocate resources and capital during our quarterly and annual offsites.**Requirements**:In person at our facilities in Monterrey, MX.Fluency in English and Spanish.Experience with performance creatives or creatives for DTC/ecommerce specifically is a big plus.You are intimately familiar with the tactical side of producing great creative across a variety of mediums. This means you understand what it takes to produce great photography for ecommerce catalogues, performance creatives for paid media on YouTube, and more.A deep understanding of how to interpret the performance of digital advertising. You already know what phrases like Thumbstop, CTR, CVR and CPC mean.Experience in managing and building high performance teams.
