Overview: Our client is looking for a Senior Cyber Security Scientist who can undertake cutting-edge digital security research and innovation activities, with the ultimate goal of developing solutions to business problems for which solutions do not currently exist.
The ideal candidate will build and maintain awareness of best-practice technology trends and commercially available digital security solutions.
Experience: Experience in research, innovation, and/or solution development.Experience in managing digital security and/or R&I projects.Research Skills: Excellent report writing and presentation skills.Excellent spoken and written English.Academic publication track record.Recent Cyber Security research publications.Experience in managing NDAs, IPR, and Patent Applications.Technical Skills: Programming experience, especially in Python.Design and configuration of IP networks, including virtualized infrastructure.Deep insight into network cyber attacks and their mitigation.Certifications such as Cisco R&S / CCNA / CCNA-S.Data Analytics / AI/ML applied to Network Security (tools & techniques).Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications & Networking, Cyber Security, or similar.Recent PhD or Masters relevant to
