About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving data-informed decisions across the organization. You will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, developing insightful dashboards and reports, and providing actionable insights to optimize our operations, and overall business strategy. Responsibilities: Data Management: Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL processes. Implement data governance and security protocols. Dashboard Development: Design and build interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends. Create compelling data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on conversion rates, ROI, customer acquisition costs, and other critical metrics. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization. Develop custom reports to address specific business questions and support strategic decision-making. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, translating complex data into clear and actionable recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to extract meaningful insights from data. Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
