Job Title: Sr. Data Analyst Duration: 4 months (potential extension) Location: HYBRID - 2-3x a week in Mason OH Pay Rate: $40/hr -$45/hr (DOE) Required levels/ Years of Experience Education • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Serve as a Sr. Data Analyst on the Business Configuration Solutions team. Responsible for the enablement of member benefit configuration strategies by designing, implementing, and executing Configuration. Lead projects for the Configuration space to enable system and process solutions for the Business Configuration toolsets. Serve as a subject matter expert for the Business Configuration team interfacing with EyeMed's cross-functional teams implementing solutions for client requirements. Understand inbound/outbound accumulator data feed, gather, interpret, process, and validate them. Prepare data for analysis by removing duplicates, errors, and outliers. Validate file layout against sample files. Identify patterns and trends in the data by running SQL queries. Provide Data Analysis and troubleshooting expertise on Configuration tool sets with automated processes. Serve as a Business Analyst documenting requirements, process flows, and execute testing for enhancements to improve the automation toolset for Configuration. Provide Research, Analysis and Configuration subject matter expert support to the Business Configuration Production team. Self-manage and prioritize work to achieve designated service level agreements. Also, meet key performance indicators of the Business Configuration solution team for Projects and Prototype deliverables. Collaborate with Configuration leaders on the Configuration roadmap deliverables that enable automation of EyeMed's product and network offerings. Provide Fit/Gap Analysis and Feedback Assessments on new client plans as Configuration is leveraged to bring on new business. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and other stakeholders, including business partners at all levels of EyeMed leadership.
