About this position: We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in A/B testing, pricing strategies, and growth analytics to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights to optimize product performance, develop and refine pricing strategies, and drive impactful growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in experimentation, pricing analysis, and product performance measurement, combined with the ability to connect the dots between data and actionable business outcomes. What you'll be doing: Translate complex data into business-relevant insights, ensuring that data-driven decisions are aligned with company goals and priorities. Analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, delivering clear and concise insights that address the "so what" for stakeholders. Build dashboards and reports to track key metrics and communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Finance to support strategic initiatives and develop long-term growth plans. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics, experimentation, and pricing to drive continuous improvement. Growth Analytics & Strategy Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance teams to identify growth opportunities and define key performance metrics. Analyze user behavior, product performance, and market trends to provide actionable insights for growth strategies. Develop and maintain dashboards to track growth initiatives, experiment results, and overall product performance. A/B Testing & Experimentation Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to evaluate new product features, UX changes, and pricing models. Monitor and analyze test results, providing clear recommendations based on statistical significance and business impact. Champion a culture of experimentation, ensuring best practices in testing methodologies and analysis. Pricing Strategy & Analysis Develop and optimize pricing models, tiers, and strategies to maximize revenue and customer retention. Conduct pricing sensitivity studies and analyze competitor pricing to inform recommendations. Partner with the finance and sales teams to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the key analytics partner for product and growth teams, providing insights to influence decision-making. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a clear and compelling manner. Work with data engineering teams to ensure the availability and accuracy of data needed for analysis. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or related roles, with a focus on testing and pricing strategies. Proficient in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). Strong understanding of A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize) and statistical methods. Experience working with pricing tools and methodologies. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on actionable insights. Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex data into business narratives. Highly collaborative with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus. Familiarity with subscription-based business models or SaaS pricing strategies. Knowledge of customer segmentation techniques and CLV analysis. Our approach to compensation: We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors. Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only. To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience and other factors help determine the final salary we offer which may vary from the original range posted. Additionally, all permanent team members are granted stock options and are eligible to participate in various benefits plans as part of their overall compensation package. Salary Range: $100,000 - $126,500 USD #LI-Remote Where we work We have hubs in Boston, MA; Vancouver, BC; Toronto, ON; Chicago, IL; and Vancouver, WA.
