AVCMHA provides State funded public mental health services to Iosco, Ogemaw, and Oscoda counties in northern Michigan. Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a regionally accredited university in computer science, finance, business or a related field, preferred.
Three (3) years of progressive responsibilities related to training and experience.
College education may be initially substituted by a requisite level of knowledge and five (5) or more years of experience in Data Analysis, with at least two (2) years of leadership responsibility.
A four-year degree must be attained within 36-months of hiring.

The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for cultivating and communicating insights from data to support the Agency's mission, vision, strategic priorities, decision making, program planning, and initiatives. This includes the development, design, implementation, and operation of analytical plans, dashboards, data reporting, data presentation and visualization, database strategies, database performance, and system monitoring.
This position plays a role in shaping the Agency's data infrastructure, inclusive of data-warehousing, reporting and analytics platforms.
This position is responsible for the storing, organizing, presenting, using, and analyzing data, along with the management of the Agency's database.
They will plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard the data, including database access, data distribution, and data recovery systems.
