They are currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst with expertise in monetization and/or user onboarding analytics to join a growing Data Analytics team. As a senior contributor, you will independently collaborate with teams across the platform product group to analyze the performance of onboarding and monetization funnels, using data to drive growth strategies.
This role is based out of Washington, D.C. but is fully remote.
Job Responsibilities
Lead collaboration between the Data team and Platform product group, ensuring alignment of goals and plans.
Analyze new user journeys and monetization data to identify trends and anomalies, providing actionable insights for optimizing product offerings and customer experiences.
Collaborate with Analytics Engineering for accurate data availability and with Data Science for predictive work.
Handle both strategic data questions and hands-on building of processes and systems for analysis.
Maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings clearly to all levels of stakeholders.
Enhance the experimentation culture by guiding experiment design and analysis, improving experimentation processes across the company.
Required Skills/Qualifications
5+ years of experience in analytics, progressively handling more complex projects and senior roles.
Strong background in B2C technology, particularly in user onboarding, user journey flows, or monetization analytics.
Previous experience working in a startup or small-scale environment.
Solid understanding of experimental design and statistics for A/B test analysis.
Advanced SQL skills for quick analysis and data model creation.
Expertise in data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Nice-to-haves would include:
Experience with BigQuery/Google Cloud Platform, Fivetran, and Amplitude.
Proficiency in Python and R for statistical analysis.
