What you'll do: Utilize machine learning technologies such as Java, Python, Pyspark, Tensorflow, and PyTorch to design, develop, and implement high-performance, scalable applications for personalized recommendations.Apply knowledge of data analysis methods and techniques, such as dimensionality reduction, predictive modeling, and text mining, to perform feature engineering.Develop robust machine learning models using structured and unstructured data sets and advanced algorithms, including Neural Networks, Regression Models, and Gradient Boosting Algorithms.Stay abreast of and explore new technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs), deep learning, and reinforcement learning for potential application in our systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and implement data-driven solutions, continuously improving our personalization and recommendation capabilities.What you'll bring: Deep Understanding of Machine Learning and AI: The candidate should possess a robust understanding of various machine learning algorithms, artificial intelligence, and deep learning techniques.Proficiency in Programming and Data Analysis: The candidate should be highly proficient in languages such as Java, Python, Pyspark, and have experience with machine learning frameworks like Tensorflow and PyTorch.Experience in Large Scale Applied ML Model Building: The candidate should have a prior track record of successfully building, deploying, and maintaining large-scale machine learning models in a production environment.Innovation and Problem-Solving Skills: The candidate should have the ability to innovate and solve complex problems.About Walmart Global Tech:

Minimum Qualifications:
Option 1- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field. Option 2- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field. Option 3 - 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
