DexCare is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Manager to support our commercial operations, including management of both customer and vendor contracts. This is a critical, high-profile role that will have a significant impact on the profitability of DexCare.
\n What You'll DoDraft, review, and revise a variety of contracts with customers and vendors Ensure the organization's customer and vendor agreements are accurate and well maintained Manage the flow of information across multiple groups, such as Sales, Professional Services, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Operations, etc. to facilitate the deal process Scale the deal flow process for optimal deal velocity through automation and standardization Identify and implement process enhancements and transformation opportunities Ensure that the execution of the deal review and approval process follows company policies and guidelines Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform deal strategies and pricing decisions Act as a strategic advisor to sales leadership on deal economics, pricing models, and competitive positioning What You'll Bring5+ years of experience in Deal Desk and Contract Management Comprehension and fluency of common legal terminology Excellent analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and all business units Proven ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment, resolve problems and offer impacting solutions Preferred Experience Experience with cost accounting Salesforce CPQ & Billing Conga CLM (or other CLM) SaaS & startup experience

The salary range for this role is from $120,000-145,000 + Equity.
