Job Description Summary:
The senior designer will create and implement designs that effectively communicate our company's vision and brand image. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and visually appealing designs. The Sr. Designer will lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring effective conveyance of our brand message through a wide range of materials, including presentations, marketing collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, advertisements and web graphics.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Collaborate internally as well as with clients to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that can be translated across various media platforms
Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
Apply typography techniques
Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
Increase user friendliness in digital products
Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
Update and maintain internal databases for designs
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
BA degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field preferred or equivalent related work experience
5+ years' experience of graphic design experience is required
Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
Portfolio of completed design projects
Proficient in design software; Adobe Illustrator, Canva, PowerPoint, InDesign, etc.
Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
Attention to visual details
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Requires frequent reaching, handling, sitting, standing, walking, hearing, finger dexterity, and talking
Occasional stooping/bending/crouching, carrying and lifting 20 or more lbs.
The noise intensity level is moderate

$85,200.00 - $106,500.00
