The Senior Development Coordinator is an essential member of the Foundation's team executing a variety of functions and activities that support Sibley Memorial Hospital Foundation. The Senior Development Coordinator is responsible for managing project communications, tasks, timelines, resources, and administrative matters for the Foundation. This position will interact with Sibley executives, donors, and the Board of Trustees. Additionally, this person functions as the office manager processing vendor payment, Foundation budget, managing contracts, and serving as timekeeper.

Full time Days 8:30am-5pm Minimum Requirement: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant development or business experience is highly valued. Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience or equivalent combination of experience and education which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities in support of executives. Strong verbal, social, organizational and computer skills are essential. Salary Range: Minimum 29.28 per hour - Maximum 48.29 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
