The
Senior Digital Product Manager
will lead a highly dynamic and multi-disciplinary team to develop and enhance digital products on a day-to-day basis. You will translate business strategies into online experiences that delight our customers and position our company for substantial growth and disruption. You are a dynamic product owner familiar with Agile methodology who will rally the team and work in a highly collaborative environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy
Drive insights into customer experience and product improvement opportunities
Partner closely with business stakeholders to build a consensus on priorities
Sequence and own delivery of product initiatives
Define, document, and communicate product objectives (KPIs) and requirements
Engage cross functional team members to resolve blocking issues
Aggregate and interpret product data to inform actionable strategies
Write user narratives using voice of customer best practices
Apply artificial intelligence solutions to enhance product results
Engage closely with the technical resources to determine the best implementation path
Maintain initiative schedules, report on progress and ensure commitments are met
Communicate vision, value and progress to senior executive leadership
Demonstrate a high level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
Articulate complicated business challenges in an accessible manner
Clearly define options and trade-offs to gain buy in on proposed solutions
Assess and articulate risks and develop mitigation strategies
Lead Agile team(s) and improve agile practices to enhance team performance
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
4+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading consumer-facing digital strategies, innovation, and deployment.
Experience interfacing with a range of website, mobile, tablet, creative design initiatives.
Prior experience in the banking or consumer finance industry
Prior experience as the product manager of a mobile app
Understanding of technical architectures for complex, scalable web and mobile applications
Prior experience Sharepoint, MS Project, JIRA/Pivotal Tracker, or similar tools
Data analysis skills including SQL
Comfortable reviewing technical specifications and/or code
Understanding of trends in artificial intelligence and experience with prompt design
Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales Customer Support, Finance and/or Marketing
Understanding of funnel-conversion best practices
