Reporting to the VP of Clinical Partnerships and in collaboration with Customer Success and Clinical Leadership teams, the Sr. Director of Clinical Customer Success is the leader responsible for the strategic design and delivery of best in class workforce clinical programs and initiatives for some of the world's more forward thinking employers.What you'll be doing: Scale and lead the world's best workforce mental health consulting programCreate and test strategies that will measurably improve workplace mental health for Spring Health CustomersLead a team of Strategic Clinical Advisors serving some of Spring's largest and most strategic customersMaintain a small personal book of business of customers, including some of the world's largest and most influential companies while serving as a clinical lead and behavioral health subject matter expertCollaborate with Customer Success teams and cross-function executive leadership to find creative solutions for customersFierce advocate for and amplify the voice of Spring's customers and membersRepresent Spring in customer-facing events such as seminars, conferences, trainings, webinars, and media appearancesKPIs will include metrics on customer retention and scalable expansion of service modelWhat we expect from you:Actively licensed, at least master's level mental health clinician (ex. LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC etc)Significant experience with employee benefit programs/health plans/benefits consultingSignificant (5 years+) experience in organizational-level mental health and wellness interventions/programsSignificant experience leading teams Proven track record of building and delivering strategic programs, and evolving those programs over time with minimal directionDeep subject matter expertise in Mental Health and EAP programsDeep subject matter expertise in MHPAEA, ERISA, and other relevant healthcare regulations/requirementsExcitement about working in a rapidly changing organizationExcellent communication/collaboration skillsExcellent presentation skillsWillingness to travel up to 25% The target salary range for this position is $184,000 - $230,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
