We are currently seeking a Senior Director, Compensation and Total rewards (Remote role in US) to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).
Senior Director, Compensation and Total rewards:
Location:Remote - must be able to work with CST or EST time zones.
The Human Resources, Senior Director (Compensation) influences and drives portions of the NTT Total Rewards strategy aligned to business outcomes and success. The Senior Director will lead teams that direct the planning, development, implementation, administration and budgeting of high-value quality Total Rewards programs, practices and procedures. Advises company leadership in compensation policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions consistent with strategic direction. Assists in the integration of complex business factors to build business capability, develop leaders and succession plans, and drive business change efforts. Develops and administers programs designed to establish and maintain effective employee relations through the uniform and equitable application of policies and procedures.
Develop, implement, administer and maintain compensation programs which support company objectives and local practices. Participate in compensation surveys and ensures competitive pay practices are maintained globally. Evaluate programs, trends, advances and/or new technologies and makes recommendations for changes and improvements. Advises managers on compensation-related issues. Keeps abreast of compensation trends and ensures company compliance with all governmental laws concerning compensation practices globally.
Responsibilities might include:
Leading a team of direct and matrixed compensation professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate global compensation policies and programs in support of company objectives and local practices.
Provides senior leadership with ongoing thought leadership, insight, and consultation.
Acting as a thought leader in the application of technology solutions such as predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation techniques contributing to greater Total Rewards efficiency and effectiveness.
Intimately understanding and creatively able to educate/communicate on market practices/trends impacting our industry and the business.
Leading the team to develop quarterly briefs to highlight trends and encourage proactive business action.
Overseeing company market intelligence and the global market pricing process in 40+ countries.
Driving the DEI total rewards strategy through delivery of processes and tools that facilitate the administration of equitable quality programs ensuring a competitive market position.
Supporting complex deals and potential acquisitions by evaluating the human capital aspects of a potential deal.
Additionally, will act as the lead Compensation Business Partner for a key Strategic Business Unit(s).
Will ensure company compliance with government laws governing compensation practices.
Must possess deep business and financial acumen, executive presence, as well as superior analytical, statistical, and excel/presentation skills.
Qualifications:
Experience leading the strategy and design of compensation, including base pay, benefits structure, incentive programs, maintenance of comp programs, etc. for a global organization.
Experience influencing Senior leadership and presenting creative approaches to compensation.
Experience leading strategy on compensation decisions related to integrations and leading the leadership communications on the recommendations based on the analysis.
Experience working with a global technology services organization is preferred.
Experience managing internal rewards programs like 401k's, Star's, etc.
Experience coaching and mentoring comp business partners.
Possesses an understanding of different verticals and how comp models for the market. (Sales and Consulting)
Ability to make presentations and influence Senior level executives.
Experience working with a technology services organization is a plus.
Basic Required Qualifications:
6+ years' experience working within Human Resources developing compensations strategy, analysis, and Total Rewards.
6+ years' experience leading the strategy and design of compensation, including base pay, benefits structure, and incentive programs.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $125,000 - $200,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
