Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance Program: Maintains current knowledge of applicable federal compliance laws Applies regulations and regulatory guidance materials within SCA's environment Strategizes with Senior Director and VP and key departments to meet SCA's business needs within the parameters of state and federal requirements Approves and maintains a Regulatory Compliance Research and Resource Repository Manages Regulatory Compliance Leads Program Manages team of compliance analysts who will fulfill the day to day operations of the compliance program, which may include handling compliance investigations, questions and processes Policies and Procedures: Implements and operationalizes compliance policies and procedures Collaborates with key departments, legal counsel and management to ensure that SCA has and maintains appropriate privacy and confidentiality, information notices and materials reflecting current SCA regulatory compliance practices and requirements Serves as a resource to provide guidance to the Senior Director of Regulatory Compliance, Internal Audit and Compliance Audit regarding compliance investigations, questions, and other compliance matters within SCA's facilities Qualifications Ability to draft and revise documents including policies and standards Excellent planning, analytical, organizational and communication skills are essential Clear, concise and persuasive writing skills Strong critical thinking, organizational skills and an orientation to deadlines and detail Ability to respond well under pressure Strong skills in use of information systems, databases, Excel and Microsoft Word Enjoys working as a member of a cohesive team, and is good at doing so Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills Strong mission and values commitment; natural cultural fit USD $200,000.00/Yr.
