Director, Creative & Strategy (COPY) Full-Time Role Location: Needham, MA, with a hybrid schedule
Salary range: $190-$205K + 20%+ bonus & generous additional benefits

Position Overview The Sr. Director, Creative & Strategy will lead the content strategy, copy campaign direction, and overall voice/tone and team leadership for all of this brand's creative work, while also ensuring the alignment with business goals.
This role is pivotal in shaping product storytelling, enhancing customer engagement, and driving innovative marketing strategies across various channels including digital, social, ecomm, print, events, product, experiential, celebrity partnerships and more.
The ideal candidate in this position will have experience leading teams with strong experience rooted in copywriting, content strategy, and the CPG space.
Agency OR in-house experience is acceptable.
Key Responsibilities Leading across the following areas: creative strategy development, creative leadership & execution, cross-functional collaboration, brand development & consistency, innovation & trend analysis, team management & development, and creative execution.Develop and implement creative strategies that align with overall business objectives, with you leading the charge with copy, content, and overall vision, working closely with the VP of Creative.Lead brand development initiatives to ensure brand consistency across all platforms (digital, social, print, OOH, product, events, experiential, celebrity partnerships, etc)Utilize market research and consumer insights to inform creative directionManage cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive marketing effortsOversee content strategy and digital marketing initiatives, including social media and experiential marketingProvide leadership and mentorship to the creative team, fostering a culture of innovationEnsuring projects and initiatives stay on deadline, working with cross functional teams to do so.Create compelling copy that resonates with target audiences and enhances brand messagingQualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred10+ years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, or related rolesStrong proficiency in data analytics and market research methodologiesExcellent leadership and team management skillsProven experience in brand development and maintaining brand guidelinesExceptional communication and collaboration skillsExpertise in digital marketing and social media strategiesStrong understanding of current market trends and consumer behavior **If you are not local to Massachusetts, the client may be open to a relocation package (TBD), so if you feel you are the right fit, please still apply!
