What you'll do We're looking for a seasoned Senior Director with a passion for solving sophisticated security challenges, building and sustaining impactful teams, and protecting our customers. Your strong background in the operational aspects of security and extensive experience leading cyberdefense functions will be critical for success in this role. You'll join our fun, creative, and dedicated leadership team collaborating with Engineering, Information Technology, and other Security teams to drive the right outcomes and enhance our security culture.
This position is a people manager role reporting to the Group Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer.
Responsibility Lead with and model our Docusign culture and valuesOptimize and drive initiatives to deliver security at scalePrioritize strategic workstreams and deliver results among multiple teamsBuild happy, impactful Cyberdefense Operations teamsGrow security capabilities with automation and data driven analysisInfluence and gain alignment on strategic program decisionsLead multiple complex, company-wide security initiativesBuild relationships and partner with senior leadership on security strategies, decisions, and risk What you bring Basic Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience12+ years of industry experience7+ years of managing security or engineering teams over 6 peopleExperience in managing and leading security teams delivering security services protecting a SaaS environmentAbility to obtain and maintain security vetting suitability to support federal government customersPreferred Extensive experience leading teams and broader organizations to reduce security risk and tackle complex security issues that have multiple stakeholdersAbility to develop, build, and drive multiple security initiativesProven leader of leaders with the ability to coach, guide, and develop others to their full potentialPrevious work supporting FedRAMP and DoD IL4/IL5 environmentsExperience with hyperscale private and public cloud computing environmentsExperience optimizing budgets and investment to achieve strategic results and improve security valueExperience fostering executive relationships that drive "win-win" security results across a broad set of services at a fast-moving tech company Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $224,800.00 - $360,050.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
