This role can be located in Jersey City, Pittsburgh or Lake Mary, - HYBRID. This leader will bring bold thinking, a deep passion for solving customer problems and an exceptional ability to drive industry leading FinTech innovation.This role serves as a keystone for direct impact to Pershing clients, growth of the company, and building an industry-leading brand.  The Head of Wealth Products will be responsible for building and managing our suite of financial and digital wealth products solutioning for optimal product adoption and growth, and helping clients maximize the value they get from our suite of products.This role works closely with Sales, Operations, Service, Product Design and Engineering. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Manage and lead a global team of Product Managers (commercial and digital), responsible for financial and wealth products (i.e., Alternative Investments, Cash Management, Annuities, Lending, Digital Banking, Portfolio solutions, Philanthropic Solutions)Develop new products, services, and go to market strategy for large and/or complex products, including strategy focused on targeted client segments such as high net worth and ultra-high net worth. Oversee product development pricing, promotion, distribution strategies and competitive differentiators.  Understands the economics behind products and demonstrate business acumen. Lead development of differentiated next gen product experiences across web, tools and emerging technologies to ensure clients understand our product set, know how to use them and incorporate them into investment strategies seamlessly and with ease. Employ a client-focused, strategic approach to develop the business case for firm offerings in the marketplace through in-depth and complex investigation on client segments and industry environment. Engage directly with Introducing Broker Dealers (IBDs) and RIAs to understand their unique requirements and preferences.Understand high-net worth and ultra-high net worth investors' financial needs while providing guidance and positioning products and services to the IBDs and RIAs that serve this clientele. Provide oversight around the creation of product development roadmaps and collaborate with other department heads to ensure product strategy alignment with strategic business plans and company goals.  Manage the product governance process; ensure compliance, legal, governance etc. team concerns are addressed during the product launch, strategy, planning and evolution processes.Use subject matter expertise, experience and thought leadership to influence and direct the product management team, key stakeholders and senior leaders. Act as champion of the product articulating the strategic importance to the firm. Work with sales and relationship management teams to support sales efforts and close on deals as needed.Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including custodians, financial institutions, and technology providers.
