Job Description: We are looking to add a Senior Director, Integrated Media Planning to our team for a global account on iProspect. You will join a supportive team and work with a client that sees us as a true partner.
You will serve in an important leadership role. You will also get to demonstrate your working knowledge of the media space (Traditional and Digital media) and available media research and systems. You will help manage the daily tasks by assuring focus on important client goals and communicating appropriate resource needs to meet ongoing client goals.
You will be the senior-most planning leader with depth of planning experience across all channels and customer journey touchpoints as well as the primary point-of-contact for Managing Directors/Business Leads.
You will have regular in-person responsibilities, so you will need to be commutable to NYC or Chicago. You will report directly into our SVP of Media Planning.
Responsibilities: Understanding of all media channels and experience coordinating across multiple media disciplines with a heavy focus on TV/CTV/Social/Digital 10+ years of experience with full funnel media campaigns Coordinate with multi-channel teams to design modern, strategic and thoughtful integrated media plans across a myriad of channels (TV, CTV, Video, Social, Programmatic and Audio) Comfort overseeing and communicating directly with clients on questions and media plans Accountable for all client-deliverables. Ensure all materials and reports are delivered in a timely manner and error-free Experience with analyzing competitive landscapes, pulling reports using agency tools and compiling insights Accountable for the development & maintenance of innovative testing frameworks/roadmaps that map to client & agency vision Build a team culture with testing & innovation at the center Guide media channel selection and forward think on new opportunities Qualifications: 10+ years of total experience in a large agency setting 10+ years of media planning and buying experience in the TV, CTV, Social and digital landscape 10+ years of experience with Media Ocean, DDS, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, Media Tools, Web Analytics, Ad Servers, Media Research tools 5+ years of experience of leading multiple levels of direct reports in a large agency setting Comfortable working with budgets/numbers and an understanding of mathematical concepts The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
