Job Description: We are looking to add a Senior Director, Integrated Media Planning to our team for a global account on iProspect. You will join a supportive team and work with a client that sees us as a true partner.
You will serve in an important leadership role. You will also get to demonstrate your working knowledge of the media space (Traditional and Digital media) and available media research and systems. You will help manage the daily tasks by assuring focus on important client goals and communicating appropriate resource needs to meet ongoing client goals.
You will be the senior-most planning leader with depth of planning experience across all channels and customer journey touchpoints as well as the primary point-of-contact for Managing Directors/Business Leads.
You will have regular in-person responsibilities, so you will need to be commutable to NYC or Chicago. You will report directly into our SVP of Media Planning.
Responsibilities: Understanding of all media channels and experience coordinating across multiple media disciplines with a heavy focus on TV/CTV/Social/Digital10+ years of experience with full funnel media campaignsCoordinate with multi-channel teams to design modern, strategic and thoughtful integrated media plans across a myriad of channels (TV, CTV, Video, Social, Programmatic and Audio)Comfort overseeing and communicating directly with clients on questions and media plansAccountable for all client-deliverables. Ensure all materials and reports are delivered in a timely manner and error-freeExperience w/ analyzing competitive landscapes, pulling reports using agency tools and compiling insightsAccountable for the development & maintenance of innovative testing frameworks/roadmaps that map to client & agency visionBuild a team culture with testing & innovation at the centerGuide media channel selection and forward think on new opportunitiesQualifications: 10+ years of total experience in a large agency setting10+ years of media planning and buying experience in the TV, CTV, Social and digital landscape10+ years of experience with Media Ocean, DDS, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, Media Tools, Web Analytics, Ad Servers, Media Research tools5+ years of experience of leading multiple levels of direct reports in a large agency settingComfortable working with budgets/numbers and an understanding of mathematical conceptsThe anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
