The Senior Director of Digital Transformation will spearhead Navaide's efforts in designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise-wide digital initiatives for our clients, particularly within the Department of Defense and other government agencies. This role will be responsible for developing innovative strategies and solutions in areas such as intelligent automation, low-code/no-code, process optimization, and next-generation technology enablement.
This position requires a visionary leader with strong technical acumen, business transformation expertise, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities: Define and execute Navaide's digital transformation strategy in alignment with client goals and industry trends.
Oversee the delivery of digital transformation programs, ensuring successful implementation of technology.
Drive thought leadership and support capture and marketing efforts to help position Navaide as a capability leader in digital transformation.
Develop and manage a growth pipeline for Navaide's digital transformation capability.
Support research and development efforts within Navaide Spark Labs, exploring innovative solutions and prototyping emerging technologies.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of technology focused analysts, scientists and engineers.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, deeply understanding their pain points and proposing tailored digital transformation strategies.
Strengthen partnerships with technology providers and subcontractors to enhance solution delivery.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and inform decision-making.
Lead the documentation and implementation of best practices, tools, and process accelerators to enhance and streamline capability delivery.
Cultivate strategic partnerships with both large and small market players to broaden Navaide's reach and influence.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required (preferred in Business, Engineering, or related field); advanced degree (MBA, MPA, etc.) preferred.
10+ years of experience in digital transformation or related fields, with a focus on federal government or Department of Defense clients.
Deep expertise in digital transformation tools, enterprise data systems, and emerging technologies.
Proven ability to lead large-scale technology implementations, including data migration, system integration, and deployment strategies for geographically dispersed teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications in DCAM, CISA, PMP, or other relevant areas.
Familiarity with government contracting, CPARS processes, and acquisition strategies.This is a hybrid role located in the San Diego, CA or Washington, DC area.
